Return & Refund Policy

At Dwell Delight, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

📅 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🔍 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

🔄 Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current product and place a new order once the return is approved.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Items must still be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified whether your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete processing.
